        Appointment

• New clients from another Lash place will be charged an extra $15 for an infill.
• In addition, $10 deposit would be required to secure your spot.     

        Cancellation or Reschedule

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

        Late

• If a client is more than 10 mins late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, which will be considered a cancellation.

        Fill

• After 4 weeks, it will be a Full Set again.
• We require that you have at least 50% of your lash extensions intact to meet Fill pricing. If you have less than 50%, your lash stylist may recommend a Full Set. If you believe you have less than 50% of your extensions, we recommend booking a Full Set and letting your lash stylist assess when you are here.
